One Team. Many Capabilities.
A successful construction project requires more than just one area of expertise.
Complex construction projects require experience and coordination to keep each phase moving efficiently toward completion. At Womack & Sons Construction Group, our multiple divisions allow us to bring a wide range of experience and capabilities to the projects we serve. Whatever your project may require, our specialized divisions and strong industry partnerships provide the experience, confidence, and skill needed to get the job done.
More Than One Construction Specialty
One of the advantages of working with Womack & Sons is our ability to serve customers across multiple areas of construction. Our divisions are each specialized in their respective fields, while working together toward the same goal: delivering quality results for our customers.
Our Commercial Building division brings experience to a wide range of commercial construction projects and delivery systems. Project planning, coordination, and construction, our team understands the importance of keeping complex commercial projects moving forward.
For civil construction projects, our Civil division provides expertise for the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development and related projects. These projects require experience, precision, and an understanding of the infrastructure that communities depend on every day.
Building What You Don't Always See
Some of the most important parts of a construction project happen underground.
With experience on projects of all sizes, our Utility division specializes in underground water, sewer, and gas piping, including pipeline mains extending more than 90 miles. While much of this work may eventually be out of sight, it plays a critical role in the infrastructure supporting homes, businesses, communities, and larger development projects.
Our Directional Drilling division, also known as road boring, uses horizontal directional drilling to complete underground utility and infrastructure projects while minimizing surface disruption. This specialized approach allows projects to address underground infrastructure needs while limiting the impact to roads, existing structures, and surrounding areas.
Keeping Projects Moving
Construction doesn't stop with excavation, utilities, or building. Materials have to get where they need to go, when they need to get there.
Through our Trucking and Hauling division, Womack & Sons operates a fleet of tractor-trailers and tri-axle dump trucks that transport materials for construction projects throughout Louisiana. Reliable transportation is an important part of keeping projects supplied and moving according to schedule.
The Advantage of Multiple Divisions
Having multiple specialized divisions under one company provides an advantage when projects require different areas of expertise. Instead of looking at construction as one isolated task, Womack & Sons understands how the different pieces can work together.
A single project may involve land preparation, underground utilities, directional drilling, material hauling, civil work, and commercial construction. Each component has its own requirements, but they all contribute to the success of the finished project.
Our diverse capabilities allow us to approach projects with a broader perspective while bringing specialized knowledge to each stage.
Experience You Can Build On
At Womack & Sons, our approach is built on experience, strong partnerships, and a commitment to quality, integrity, and honesty. Our divisions give us the ability to serve customers across a variety of industries and project types while maintaining the experience and expertise needed to handle each project's unique requirements.
Our diverse capabilities allow Womack & Sons to provide reliable construction solutions for projects of all sizes and scopes.
Whether your project involves agriculture, commercial construction, civil infrastructure, underground utilities, directional drilling, or material hauling, our team is ready to put experience and expertise to work.
