At Womack and Sons, our team is built on the people who bring dedication, experience, and a personal touch to everything they do. Recently, we celebrated one of those special team members as Mrs. Ronda retired after five years as a valued member of our Project Coordination team.

While we were sad to say goodbye, we were excited to celebrate Ronda as she began this well-deserved new chapter. A few members of the team gathered to recognize her contributions and thank her for the time, care, and commitment she brought to Womack and Sons over the years.

Throughout her time with the company, Ronda played an important role in keeping projects organized and moving forward. Her excellent coordination skills and dedication helped support our team, vendors, and subcontractors. She also built meaningful relationships with people throughout the industry, many of whom she connected with over the phone rather than in person.

When reflecting on her time at Womack and Sons, Ronda shared that the people she worked with and the relationships she developed with vendors and subcontractors were the best parts of her job. Those connections made her experience special, and she knows she will miss the many people she had the opportunity to work with along the way.

Of course, Ronda brought more than professionalism and project coordination expertise to the office. She was also known for her famous fruit pizza, a sweet treat that became one of the little things her coworkers appreciated about having her on the team!

We enjoyed celebrating Ronda with a special gathering, complete with cake and well wishes as she prepared for retirement. Her presence will certainly be missed, but we are grateful for the time we shared and the positive impact she made on our team.

Congratulations on your retirement, Ronda! Thank you for five wonderful years with Womack and Sons. We wish you happiness, relaxation, and plenty of sweet moments in this next chapter of life!
